How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby

How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby

February 27, 2023, by Dr Javed Iqbal

Medication and instructions/consultation regarding gender selection are necessary for both husbands and wives, so the following aspects will be covered in a true manner:

Ovulation Prediction To Conceive A Boy

This is based on the theory that Y sperm are fast-moving and are more likely to beat the X sperm to fertilize an egg. Therefore, it is very important to pinpoint your time of ovulation accurately in order to conceive a baby boy.

Modify your diet to help you conceive a boy

Before you start trying to get pregnant, you should first check your PH level. Vaginal PH levels greatly influence the sperm that will produce a boy or girl. The Y-chromosomes, or male sperm, are very weak and cannot survive for very long in an acidic environment before they start to weaken and die off. In addition, if you want to conceive a boy, you need to increase alkaline levels in your body. You can do this by modifying your diet or vaginal douching.

One of the most effective ways to increase your chances of having a boy is to adjust your diet. Modifying your diet will alter your body’s PH balance. To try to conceive a boy, you should increase your sodium and potassium intake.

To conceive a boy, it is also advisable to avoid acid-based foods, because this will increase the optimal chance of having a baby boy and create a less suitable environment for the girl’s sperm.

Effective sexual positions

Male sperm are less tough than female sperm, which is why it is best to consider having different styles of sex or any position that involves deep penetration. This means that sperm will be deposited closer to the cervix, giving the more aggressive and quicker-moving male sperm a head start.

What can men do to help?

A woman’s body PH can influence the gender of the baby, but the PH of a man’s sperm does not affect it in any way. No matter what his family history is (in terms of baby gender) or what makes up his diet, a man has a 50/50 ratio of Y to X sperm, except for male infertility problems.
