How does Breast Enlargement Vacuum Machine work (BEVM)?
Breast enlargement Vacuum Machine operates through a process called tissue expansion. By applying a gentle suction to the breast tissue we apply natural breast development cream which penetrates through high frequency ultrasound machine along with vacuum machine, that enhance the process and you are able to promote blood flow and tissue growth. This causes stretching of the skin and tissue and as a direct result of that, new tissue grows which tightens the breast and increase the size. The Breast Enlargement Vacuum Machine expands the mammary gland tissue to tighten and increases the production of new breast tissue cells.
Breast enlargement Vacuum Machine (BEVM) work in the following ways to help breast growth:
►The tension created by the BEVM in the breast tissues causes them to swell. The enlargement
and tightens in the tissues results due to the adipose tissues and fats being vacuumed into
the breast cell.
►The BEVM allows the mammary glands to be enlarged to their maximum potential along with balancing the hormones that give you firm and younger breast.
►The key function of the BEVM is that it assists in the production of collagen and new breast tissues. Exercise of glands and tissues enhance the blood supply which promotes growth of healthy new tissues with the help of cream which enhance the capacity of this process 20 times more.

What is Hymenoplasty?
Hymen reconstruction surgery, also known as hymen surgery, hymenoplasty surgery or hymen restoration, is the surgical repair of the hymen. Using a surgical technique, the torn edges of the hymen are put back together. If done correctly, to the visible eye, there is no apparent scarring and the hymen appears intact. After this type of hymen surgery and without complication, subsequent intercourse will typically tear the membrane causing pain and bleeding.
Why has Hymen Repair?
The hymen is a thick membranous layer of tissue which encircles the vaginal orifice from the urethral orifice backwards and allows the escape of menstrual blood. In many cultures the hymen is considered a token of virginity and for cultural and religious reasons can be an important factor in a new marriage. In many cases marriages are even annulled if the hymen is torn. Now that hymen repair is available and relatively safe, many women and families are opting for this solution.
What is involved in Hymen Repair?
Hymen repair is a simple operation which involves excision of the torn edges before stitching them with
fine dissolvable sutures. It is often performed under local an aesthetic with sedation, but can also be
performed under general anesthetic.
This surgery is not particularly invasive. The hymen actually has a secondary layer that will be sown up to cover the torn skin. As it grafts together once more, the hymen will appear intact. Or if for any reason this is not possible then a new hymen can be created from the lip of the vagina.
Infertility means that couples have been trying to get pregnant with frequent intercourse for at least a year with no success. Female infertility, male infertility or a combination of the two affects millions of couples. An estimated 10 to 15 percent of couples have trouble getting pregnant or getting to a successful delivery.
Infertility results from female infertility factors about one-third of the time and male infertility factors about one-third of the time. In the rest, the cause is either unknown or a combination of male and female factors. The cause of female infertility can be difficult to diagnose, but many treatments are available. Treatment options depend on the underlying problem. Treatment isn’t always necessary many infertile couples will go on to conceive a child spontaneously.
The main symptom of infertility is the inability of a couple to get pregnant. A menstrual cycle that’s too long (35 days or more), too short (less than 21 days), irregular or absent can be a sign of lack of ovulation, which can be associated with female infertility. There may be no other outward signs or symptoms.
When to see a doctor?
When to seek help depends, in part, on your age.
►If you’re in your early 30s or younger, most doctors recommend trying to get pregnant for at least a year before having any testing or treatment.
►If you’re between 35 and 40, discuss your concerns with your doctor after six months of trying.
►If you’re older than 40, your doctor may want to begin testing or treatment right away.
Your doctor also may want to begin testing or treatment right away if you or your partner has known fertility problems, or if you have a history of irregular or painful periods, pelvic inflammatory disease, repeated miscarriages, prior cancer treatment, or endometriosis.
Tests and diagnosis:
If you’ve been unable to conceive within a reasonable period of time, seek help from your doctor for further evaluation and treatment of infertility.
Fertility tests may include:
►Ovulation testing: An over-the-counter ovulation prediction kit a test that you can perform at home detects the surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) that occurs before ovulation. If you have not had positive home ovulation tests, a blood test for progesterone — a hormone produced after ovulation — can document that you’re ovulating. Other hormone levels, such as prolactin, also may be checked.
►Hysterosalpingography: During hysterosalpingography, X-ray contrast is injected into your uterus and an X-ray is taken to determine if the uterine cavity is normal and whether the fluid passes out of the uterus and spills out of your fallopian tubes. If abnormalities are found, you’ll likely need further evaluation. In a few women, the test itself can improve fertility, possibly by flushing out and opening the fallopian tubes.
►Ovarian reserve testing: This testing helps determine the quality and quantity of eggs available for ovulation. Women at risk of a depleted egg supply — including women older than 35 — may have this series of blood and imaging tests.
►Other hormone testing: Other hormone tests check levels of ovulatory hormones as well as thyroid and pituitary hormones that control reproductive processes.
►Imaging tests: Pelvic ultrasound looks for uterine or fallopian tube disease. Sometimes a hysterosonography is used to see details inside the uterus that are not seen on a regular ultrasound.
Depending on your situation, rarely your testing may include:
► Other imaging tests: Depending on your symptoms, your doctor may request a hysteroscopy to look for uterine or fallopian tube disease.
►Laparoscopy: This minimally invasive surgery involves making a small incision beneath your navel and inserting a thin viewing device to examine your fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus. Laparoscopy may identify endometriosis, scarring, blockages or irregularities of the fallopian tubes, and problems with the ovaries and uterus.
►Genetic testing: Genetic testing helps determine whether there’s a genetic defect causing infertility.
Coping and support:
Dealing with female infertility can be physically and emotionally exhausting. To cope with the ups and downs of infertility testing and treatment, consider these strategies:
►Be prepared: The uncertainty of infertility testing and treatments can be difficult and stressful. Ask your doctor to explain the steps for the therapy you’ve chosen so that you and your partner can prepare for each one. Understanding the process may help reduce your anxiety.
►Seek Support: Although infertility can be a deeply personal issue, reach out to your partner, close family members or friends for support. Many online support groups allow you to maintain your anonymity while you discuss issues related to infertility. Seek professional help if the emotional burden gets too heavy for you or your partner.
►Consider other options: Determine alternatives — adoption, donor sperm or egg, or even having no children — as early as possible in the infertility treatment process. This can reduce anxiety during treatments and disappointment if conception doesn’t occur.

PCOS – Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome:
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine system disorder among women of reproductive age. Women with PCOS may have enlarged ovaries that contain small collections of fluid called follicles located in each ovary as seen during an ultrasound exam.
The exact cause of polycystic ovary syndrome is unknown. Early diagnosis and treatment along with weight loss may reduce the risk of long-term complications, such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Common symptoms of PCOS include:
►Irregular periods or no periods at all.
►Difficulty getting pregnant (because of irregular ovulation or failure to ovulate)
►Excessive hair growth (hirsutism) – usually on the face, chest, back or buttocks.
► Weight gain.
► Thinning hair and hair loss from the head.
► oily skin or acne.
We have Natural Essential Products formula which is based on the understanding of certain energies analyzing the energies and their combinations in you, and then using healing foods, herbs and energy exercises to help the body rebalance. The primary energies are hot, cold, dry, and damp. The body contains a combination of all four. However, if one of these energy patterns becomes overactive it can affect the healthy balance needed to maintain vibrant health.
Natural Essential Products analyzes you as a unique individual with your own particular combination of energy patterns, and then works with you to help balance those patterns. Instead of a diagnosis and then treating the diagnosis, we work with you personally. This can be a great advantage when you are working with something like PCOS because the symptoms can be so different for each individual woman. You may have anovulation, delayed menstrual cycles these are common. Someone else may also have pain with her cycle. For her it stops when the cycle starts, for her friend it starts with the cycle. Perhaps you have cold feet, low libido. Your friend has premenstrual lower back pain and migraines. So with Natural essential products you treat the root cause (in this case dampness) and your individual symptoms. You have specific results to start looking for.
PCOS is also often combined with insulin resistance and impaired glucose metabolism. It is also common to have too much circulating estrogen and LH. The liver metabolizes these hormones. It can really help to take an herbal formula to strengthen digestion (which helps the body eliminate the excess damp energy) and a formula to help the liver have strong, healthy functioning. Recommended formulas would be Restore Energy Plus and Liver Tonic. At the same time review your diet with a trained herbalist. Most women with PCOS have endocrine abnormalities driven by the diet. You are serious about becoming pregnant, but no one may have told you how to eat for enhancing your fertility.
PCOS can seem a devastating diagnosis, but the , combining the herbs with exactly the right kind of massage and stretching exercises and healing foods can actually be one place where you may find a solution. We are willing to spend the time with you to teach you what to do and the logic behind what you are doing. The herbs, exercises and continuing follow ups with your herbalist are a powerful program and have helped many of our customers. You have to be willing to embrace a plan that includes more than your ovaries. If you address things from a broader perspective you will have a better chance for success.
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS):
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) refers to physical and emotional Symptoms that occur in the one to two weeks before a womans period. Symptoms often vary between women and resolve around the start of bleeding.
We Can Help You Get Rid of Your PMS Symptoms:
We have helped many of women leave their PMS symptoms behind. We does not see PMS symptoms as something you have to tolerate for years. In our view, as a woman goes through puberty, sometimes something does not quite balance out properly. Once this imbalance is addressed there is no further need for herbs. Normally the rebalance takes between 1-5 months. The average is 3 months.
The PMS symptoms that can wreak havoc with your ability to function normally for one half of every month!
►Fatigue – Feeling extremely tired a week or two before your cycle.
►Irritability, uncontrolled emotional out
►Bloating so much all your clothes feel tight.
►Swollen, achy breasts
►Uncontrollable urge to eat everything in sight.
►Heavy uncontrollable bleeding
Stop Complaining. Do something!
How long will it take? For most women it takes 1-3 months. For some it is done in one month. For some few others most of the symptoms are resolved but it takes a few more months to rebalance other issues which are feeding into the PMS reactions. But once it is done, it is done. And you are free at last! Each of the formulas is taken during a different phase of the menstrual cycle. The goal is to balance the cycle and to help you understand how to maintain that balance.
PMS symptoms are caused by an energetic imbalance in the body that creates hormonal imbalances, emotional and physical symptoms, and these symptoms can be resolved. It does not matter if you have had them your whole life. You can resolve them. Once that energy is rebalanced the rest takes care of itself. You’ll be free of drugs and of herbal formulas. If you treat only the symptoms, you will be taking products every month which only address some of the problems, like cramps or pain. The over the counter pharmaceuticals do nothing to help the body regain balance they are just covering up the imbalance, what we call the root cause. The symptoms will keep appearing.
PMS symptoms are not normal, and they all come from the same root cause an imbalance. The Liver is in charge of the smooth flow of energy and blood in the body. It is also intimately involved in the hormonal balance of a woman’s cycle. If there is a blockage of energy for this important organ system, there may be bloating, breast tenderness, cramps, mood swings, acne, even headaches or dizziness. A liver detox alone will not help. What your body needs is deep nourishment, to help it find its balance again.
How many cycles will it take to rebalance?
Normally between 1-4. The average is 3. So, if you follow our program for 2-3 months, you will no longer
have uncomfortable periods, and you will feel much more consistent energy and mental balance throughout
the month. Once things are balanced your cycle will be natural, normal and pain free. The only time you
might need support again would be occasional, perhaps if you are overtaxing your body through extreme
physical, emotional, or mental challenge. The purpose is to fully address both symptoms and the root
cause. Many women rebalance with only one cycle, even women who have had symptoms for years. Each person
Remember: you are building health, not treating symptoms. Simple. Direct. Straight to the root cause. You will release the energy blockages that cause the pain and gain a sense of well-being which will surprise and delight you.
Feel free to call us. Ask questions. You will never be charged for those calls. Make sure you are getting everything you can out of the program.
Low Sexual Desire and Infertility:
A decrease in sex drive can develop both due to medical conditions as well as to psychological or emotional issues. Inhibited sexual desire is a type of sexual dysfunction that affects both men and women. A reduction in sexual desire has been associated with menopausal transition in women report a decrease in sex drive. Multiple types of chronic illnesses and chronic pain can also lead to a decrease in sex drive.Painful intercourse(dyspareunia) can lead to loss of libido in women. Psychological factors that may be associated with low libido include poor body image, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, poor communication, lack of or breach of trust, and unresolved conflicts. Certain medications, such as some antidepressants, can also cause a reduction in sex drive.
What’s Normal and What to Do About It?
Women’s lack of interest in sex is a topic often discussed amongst girlfriends and can be a source of significant strain with partners. As a longtime resolve members, former infertility patient and psychotherapist, We become very familiar with this issue. Women’s sexuality is a complex issue, made no simpler with the addition of infertility! In order to understand your own low sexual desire and develop a plan for managing it, let’s take a look at some information from the academic world of sex therapy.
Real Differences in Desire:
Women’s and men’s sexual desire is very different. Men have much higher levels of testosterone than women, and therefore are motivated for sex because of physical cues. For women, the motivation for sex is more about wanting closeness with their partner. Physical desire and the wish to be sexual often do not arise until she has already engaged in the sexual activity! Only then is she a willing participant. This is actually the norm for many women. Women need to allow themselves to become able to become aroused. As silly as it may sound, a clean house, a good mood, non-sexual touching and emotional intimacy are what many women need to get horny!
Infertility’s Effect on Intimacy:
Because infertility is such a major life stressor, it usually wreaks havoc with a couple’s sex life. Women often struggle with feelings of sadness, confusion, and physical and emotional discomfort due to medication side effects. It is common for women to not want intercourse during infertility treatment, summed up by a feeling of “What’s the point?” Women who have intercourse during a treatment cycle are sometimes propelled to tears afterwards, leaving husbands confused and concerned. Couples need to know this is normal and not an indication that either she is “losing it” or that something is wrong with the relationship.
We often suggest to couples that they refrain from intercourse during treatment (unless required for their medical treatment) and be creative with other forms of sexual and emotional intimacy. This can support the couple in feeling connected and takes pressure away from the loaded fact that intercourse was supposed to create a pregnancy. More than anything, honest and frequent communication with your partner is a way to maintain the emotional and sexual connection during treatment.
Give yourself permission to change your sexual relating in any way you want in order to feel your best about sex during this challenging time.
Sex after Infertility:
After resolving your infertility, you may find it takes you a while to get back to your usual sexual self or you may find you feel very different about sex. You may feel different about you! Because a woman’s sexuality is not separated from her sense of herself in general, this time is an opportunity to re-evaluate your way of thinking. Give yourself permission to decide what you need to nurture yourself and feel your best in your post-infertility life. Feeling good about yourself is the best predictor of how you will feel as a sexual being.
For women this might include:
►Getting enough sleep
►Eating healthful foods throughout the day to maintain energy (do not mean dieting!)
►Practicing stress reduction techniques (yoga, meditation, walking)
►Finding inspirational readings on wellness, spirituality, relationships
►Minimizing exposure to unrealistic images of women which make you feel badly about yourself.
►Nurturing your relationship with your partner by honest and respectful communication
For women, sex is less about technique than it is about intimacy and feeling good about you. You and your partner will find that with good communication, there is no better sex expert than you.
Irregular or abnormal ovulation accounts for 30% to 40% of all cases of infertility. Having irregular
periods, no periods, or abnormal bleeding often indicates that you aren’t ovulating, a condition
known clinically as anovulation.Although anovulation can usually be treated with fertility drugs,
it is important to be evaluated for other conditions that could interfere with ovulation, such as
thyroid conditions or abnormalities of the adrenal or pituitary glands.
You may have irregular cycle if:
►Cycles which come too often (less than 20 days)
►Cycles which are too long (more than 30 days apart)
►Cycle which have been absent for some time (anemorrhea)
Nourishing your body as a whole giving your endocrine system a chance to renew itself. Your monthly cycle is a complex interplay of almost every system in your body. If any part is out of balance even by a tiny amount, it can affect your fertility. Maybe your hormonal levels look fine, but something is off a little. You cannot see it, but it is affecting your cycle. Maybe you actually see the hormonal imbalance with testing. In either case you can do some powerful things yourself to bring more balance to the endocrine system.
Why the right herbal formulas can be of great value:
There is a large body of evidence that herbal therapy can enhance fertility. Natural essential products can help heavy bleeding lighten up. Painful periods can disappear. The color of the blood can return to a healthy red from a brown or dark red. They can renew sexual fluids, help ovulation or help to rebalance a luteal phase defect. Combined with the right foods and lifestyle tips they can also balance irregular cycles, even help the body to bring back a menses which has been absent for a long time.
However, unlike others chemically based (or bio identically based) substitutes for the body’s natural hormones, Natural essential formulas are designed to assist the body, so the body can produce the hormones itself. This is the most natural and sensible way to start because if you can find a new balance for your body this way it will stay. None of these herbs need to be taken once the body rebalances. You are on your own again. There is research to support the concept that natural products act on the endocrine system in a number of healthy, safe and effective ways. They stimulate hormone production, altering the rate of hormone metabolism or changing the response of hormone receptors.
Trust in your body’s natural inclination to move toward healing:
You will learn to hear the signals your body is sending you, to be able to respond to them, and to see the results. Your body has a very strong and powerful force that is always guiding it toward wellness and perfect balance. You will learn you can trust that innate wholeness and help your body remember what it was meant to do prepare the palace of your child (your uterus) to hold a child, allow conception to take place and be able to hold this new life safely until it is ready to be born.
Some lifestyle brings many fertility problems. Stress, coffee or other stimulants, alcohol, nicotine, too much sugar, chemicals and hormones in our foods, can get in the way of our body’s healing capabilities. The changes we suggest will not be difficult; they will feel natural and easy. You do not have to give up on all the things you enjoy in life, but you can make some adjustments that will tremendously speed up your healing.
Puberty is when a girl grows up into a young woman. Every girl goes through it, but it can be a tough time. Here are the changes to expect.
When will puberty start? Puberty usually starts between the ages of 8 and 14, but every girl is different. We all grow and change at different rates, and there’s nothing you can do to make it happen sooner or later. Your body will change when it’s ready.Your breasts may grow quickly or slowly. You might have your first period, then not have another one for months. There’s no such thing as “normal”, so don’t panic if your experience is different from other girls. If you feel confused, you’re not the only person. Try talking to someone you trust, such as your mum, dad, sister, friends, or a teacher.
What will happen to body at puberty?
During puberty, it’s normal to experience the following changes:►Growing taller:
You’ll get taller, and this might happen quite quickly.►Breasts and hips get bigger:
Your breasts and hips get bigger. You might feel itchy or uncomfortable when this happens. This is normal.►Hair grows on your body:
Hair grows under your arms and around your vagina. Some girls develop hair on other parts of their body, such as their top lip. This is normal.►Periods start:
Your periods will start at some point during puberty. You might get period pains before or during your period. Find out more about periods.►Vaginal discharge begins:
You may notice your vagina produces vaginal discharge (fluid). This is normal. It’s your vagina’s way of keeping clean and healthy. The discharge should be colourless or white, and shouldn’t smell. If it looks green or yellow and smells, see a doctor as you might have an infection.►Spots and sweat appear:
Hormones can make you sweaty or spotty, but as long as you have good personal hygiene, you can still look and feel healthy. Find out about acne.►Feelings go up and down:
You might have mood swings and feel emotional, but your feelings will settle down eventually. Find out more about girls bodies, including breast size, dealing with periods, pregnancy and sex.
Whats Happening to Brain?
You may have already noticed that you’re changing emotionally. Some changes are really positive others are more challenging. Here are some things you might be feeling:
►Your thinking changes:
It’s called cognitive development and it means you’re now able to think more abstractly — more like an adult than a kid.
►You can express your feelings a lot better:
Your feelings might start to make a lot more sense to you. You may find that you can express what you’re feeling a lot better, whether you’re feeling happy or sad. This gives you a clearer sense of self of who you are.
►You feel really emotional:
You may get mad at parents and friends easily. A little thing that wouldn’t have bothered you earlier drives you crazy now. Your kid sister might get on your nerves. Feeling angry is normal during puberty because of the hormonal changes. In fact, for the same reason, many of us can become overly emotional right before our periods.
“Mood swings” are also common throughout puberty. This is when you feel really happy one minute and then really angry or even sad the next minute. So if you’re feeling angry, you may want to count to 10 (it works!) and think about it before you yell at your mom or friend.
►You cry a lot:
You may cry because of something very serious that makes you feel sad or disappointed — or you may burst into tears because you left your favorite hair band in the gym. This is also normal! It happens to a lot of women having Premenstural Syndrome too, and will happen to most girls throughout puberty. Just accept that you’re a little emotional right now.
►You feel a lot more womanly:
Some girls find that they’re feeling more feminine. Whether you prefer playing hockey with the guys or talking about nail polish, remember it’s normal!
►You think you’re weird:
You probably compare yourself to your friends, and feel like there’s something really wrong with you. You may feel unsure of yourself. Well guess what? Everyone else does, too! Your personality is growing and you’re becoming even more unique — just when all you want is to fit in more easily! Fortunately, your personality will win this one, and you’ll become a self-assured adult. Just remember that everyone else your age is self-conscious too, so chances are they won’t be worrying about you!
It’s Only Puberty: Don’t Freak Out:
We keep telling you how normal all of this is for a reason — it really is normal! If you can keep from freaking out, you can use this special time in your life to learn about yourself. Here are some ways to keep from freaking out:
►Take care of yourself:
Be careful with food cravings (like wanting only ice cream for dinner). Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Exercise. This is good for your body and mind. Taking out your anger on a tennis ball or treadmill can make you feel great again, too.
►Talk to someone: Amazingly, parents and teachers can be really helpful, and you can count on other adults, too, if you’re more comfortable with that. Your friends might really appreciate knowing that you’re going through the same thing they are, but don’t depend on them for real information. Go to someone who’s been through it.
►Concentrate on school and hobbies: Your brain is growing, and this is a great opportunity to use it. The hobbies that you liked in the past will be even more fun now, and you’ll develop new interests. Do something creative to express all your new emotions.
Endometriosis is one of the most far-reaching, devastating and misunderstood diseases in the world
today. It is estimated that there are over 80 million women and girls who have Endometriosis world-wide.
Endometriosis is the abnormal growth of cells (endometrial cells) similar to those that form the inside
of the uterus, but in a location outside of the uterus. This number is growing all the time. It is
more common than breast cancer or Aids, and many other diseases, which are well known.
Endometrial tissue lines the inside of the uterus. In endometriosis, this tissue grows outside of the uterus.
Endometriosis may Develop in the:
►Outside surface of the uterus
►Pelvis and lower abdomen
►Spaces between the bladder, uterus and rectum
►Wall of the rectum, bladder, intestines or appendix (less commonly)
►Lung, arm, thigh and skin. (This is rare.)
►Misplaced endometrial tissue behaves like endometrial tissue in the uterus. It responds to the monthly rise and fall of female hormones. It also can ooze blood during menstruation.
This can cause pelvic or abdominal pain.
►As misplaced endometrial tissue grows, it can interfere with a woman’s fertility. It may cover or grow into the ovaries. Or it may distort or block the fallopian tubes.
Each month, in a normal menstrual cycle:
►The ovaries (the organs where egg cells develop) produce hormones (the body’s chemical messengers) that stimulate the cells of the uterine lining – the endometrial cells – to multiply and prepare for a fertilized egg. These cells swell and thicken.
►If a pregnancy does not occur, this excess tissue is shed from the uterus and discharged from the body.
►This discharge of tissue is a woman’s menstrual period.
►Patches of misplaced endometrial tissue implant themselves on organs outside of the uterus, such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes rectum, and bladder.
►These cells also respond to the ovaries’ hormonal signals by swelling and thickening.
►However, these cells are unable to separate themselves and shed from the tissue to which they have adhered. They sometimes bleed a little and then heal.
►This happens repeatedly each month, and the ongoing process can cause scarring. It also can create adhesions, which are web-like tissues that can bind pelvic organs together.
Common Endometriosis Symptoms:
Most women who have endometriosis, in fact, do not have symptoms. Of those who do experience symptoms, the common symptoms are pain (usually pelvic) and infertility. One of the biggest problems regarding Endometriosis is that the signs of this disease in the early stages appear to be the ‘normal’ bodily changes that take place with the menstrual cycle.
It is only as time goes by that a woman begins to suspect that what is happening, and the symptoms she feels are not normal. The pain of her menstrual cycle gradually and steadily becomes worse and worse as the months go by. This is only the beginning of what will become a gradual decline in a woman’s general health, as well as the health of her reproductive system.
Those who have symptoms may experience:
►Severe menstrual discomfort, usually with heavy menstrual flow.
►Pain in the pelvis or abdomen, usually just before or during menstruation.
►Pain during or immediately after sexual intercourse
►Vaginal spotting before menstruation begins
Bowel symptoms, such as:
►Painful bowel movements
►Rarely, blood in the stool
►Painful urination, or, rarely, blood in the urine
►Infertility or repeated miscarriages
Symptom severity generally depends on the location of the endometriosis rather than its size.

Egg Health – Quality/Quantity
Female age is important when considering probability for getting pregnant because it is very much related to egg quality, which in turn is crucial in determining embryo quality. Increased infertility rates with aging are well documented and apparent in our society. The real issue is egg quantity and quality which translates into embryo quality after fertilization.
Egg quantity, also referred to as ovarian reserve, is the number of eggs a woman has remaining for the future. In general, egg quantity is also closely related to age, but it can vary dramatically at any age.
Have you been told any of These Things?
►You are the problem and your problem is the ‘’age factor.”
►You are a poor responder.
►The genetic material of your eggs is likely unstable.
How did this happen?
It happened because we all changed the environment within which our eggs were growing. Our Natural Fertility Plan allowed eggs to grow in a very nutrient rich and energy rich soup.
Our ages did not change. The eggs were our eggs. But with these specially crafted programs, our eggs were enriched in a way modern science is not able to enrich them. Modern science can stimulate the ovaries to make more eggs, but not better quality eggs. Only you can do that.
►The first key to our success is that every Fertility Plan is personalized.
Your plan is crafted one on one with consulted, someone who has the ability to craft for you a fertility strategy unique for you and your situation.
► The second key is that our basic fertility strategy brings more energy, more vitality to your body, and to your eggs.
A natural medicine for fertility is the study of the body’s energy. This is the great secret and the great gift of this natural medicine. Your eggs are needing not only nutrient rich foods to develop well but also to be flowing in a wave of good energy, feeding on that energy as they grow, every minute of every day. Increased vitality is critical for your success. Your eggs need your energy to thrive. And when you have good nutrition and increased vitality your picture starts to move. As you feel these changes your numbers will also move. You have a high probability of changing the reports. These are the secrets to turning back your biological clock.
We can show you how to
►Renew and rejuvenate yourself
►Renew and rejuvenate your reproductive function
►Increase your odds of conceiving
The truth about our eggs is complicated.
►Even before you are born your ovaries are full of millions of eggs.
►Those numbers drop to hundreds of thousands by your teenage years.
►When you are getting close to menopause you still have thousands of eggs.
So how can you be told that your ovarian reserve is low?
Why are you told you are a low responder?
Why are you told your eggs are old and fractured?
You are told those things because that is what the ultrasounds and other tests for levels of FSH and AMH record. And statistically low reserve, low responding and poor quality eggs line up with those numbers. The truth is that almost all women are able to change those reports. And there is good science behind this thinking.
There are three issues here:
1. The number of eggs,
2. The quality of the eggs and
3. Our hormonal fluctuations.
We are told we have a finite number of eggs and that the numbers of those eggs becomes less and less as we age. It is true that we have eggs when we are born and that number becomes less, however there is more to it than that.
How We Make New Eggs?
You may be making new eggs. This would parallel the function of germ-line stem cells in males, which make new sperm throughout the male’s fertile life. This makes sense because the body likes to have back up for many of its most important functions.
You have two lungs but you can function with one. You have two kidneys but you can live with only one. We have two ovaries but it only takes one for a successful pregnancy.
The Quality of Your Egg:
The DNA of your eggs can become a little less stable as you age but your eggs are actually more like tiny seeds than the eggs you think of at the grocery store. These little seeds need food and energy to evolve properly. As your egg prepares for ovulation, it is responding to the body system around it in the same way that every part of your body responds to your body system.
If there is a good flow of energy and if the quality of the blood feeding your system is good, then your eggs will be better quality. They will look better under the microscope and they will respond better. The DNA will be more stable. If you improve the quality of the health of your body – then the quality of your eggs will also be improved.
If your body is being subjected to
►Constant stress hormones
Then your egg development will respond negatively.

Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) Or Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI):
Premature ovarian failure is a term used for the condition when women under age 40 have stopped having periods, and have high FSH levels and low estrogen hormone levels. About half of young women with spontaneous premature ovarian failure have some eggs and follicles remaining in the ovary. These women can sometimes ovulate (and even get pregnant) after the diagnosis is made. Therefore, some doctors prefer the term “primary ovarian insufficiency”, or POI – as opposed to “failure” which implies a totally menopausal situation.
Common Symptoms of Premature Ovarian Failure (POF) or Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) is:
► A lack of menstrual bleeding,
► Feeling tired in the late afternoon (3 – 5) with a pickup around 6
► Short cycles
► Early ovulation or no ovulation
► Perhaps chilling easily
► Perhaps signs of heat inside with hot flashes and night sweats
► Vaginal dryness
When you feel as if you’re going through the menopause, it may not come as a surprise when your doctor tells you that you are exhibiting those signs. When the symptoms of menopause begin, it’s because your ovaries are tired and your hormonal communication is confused.
FSH is a hormone released by the pituitary gland that stimulates the growth of follicles in your ovaries. If your ovaries don’t seem to be responding to the normal level of FSH, your pituitary gland will tell your Follicle Stimulating Hormone to put out higher levels in an effort to get those follicles growing.
Consequences of High FSH:
The ovaries respond to these higher levels of FSH by giving out an even stronger signal that they are not going to react. FSH’s job is to knock of the doors of the ovaries and tell them to “make follicles”. When FSH is in overdrive it is as if too many telemarketers are knocking on the ovaries’ doors. The ovaries just want peace and quiet so they refuse to answer the knock on the door.
Hormones react to each other and give and take feedback with the brain. So if there are events that throw off this communication then everything goes awry.
► Estrogen (Estradiol) may be Very Low
► If FSH is high then your levels of estrogen become lower.
►The opposite is also true. If your estrogen is high then your FSH will be low.
Why is Estrogen Affected?
Good ovarian health depends on good communication between hormones. If those hormones start to act and / or interact in an unexpected way, then all of the hormones get confused and everything gets chaotic.
Consequences of Low Estrogen:
When the estrogen production is reduced then the follicles don’t have enough time to fully develop, so there is no chance for conception. Even if there was a chance, the low levels of estrogen allow the uterine lining to become too thin for implantation.
Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH):
When your tests show that this hormone is lower than it should be, it indicates that the cocoon that holds all of your undeveloped eggs is depleted and not able to function.
Consequences of Low AMH:
The bottom line is that fewer eggs come forward. You may have many eggs waiting for the chance to develop but the environment they need to grow in has been depleted.
